How long is the warranty period?
All products are covered by a 24-month warranty.
Can additional fasteners or glue that are not included in the assembly instructions be used for furniture assembly?
We recommend following the assembly instructions, otherwise, there is a risk of losing the warranty for the given product.
If I made a purchase from your partner's store, can I file a complaint directly with Comad?
B2C customers should submit complaints directly to the store where the purchase was made.
How to file a complaint?
Complaints should be submitted exclusively via email to reklamacje@comad.eu.
What do I need to correctly submit a complaint?
To correctly submit a complaint, please provide:
- The full product name and order number or invoice number related to the complaint.
- The numbers of defective/missing elements according to the assembly instructions.
- The reason for the complaint.
- Information on where the shipment should be sent. It is possible to send the complaint directly to the customer – in such a case, please provide the full address along with the customer's phone number.
- Photos or a video showing the defect of the product.
- In the case of damaged mirrors/washbasins, we need information on whether the customer is requesting a replacement.
Note! All damages must be reported before starting the assembly of the furniture.
What is the processing time for complaints?
The processing time for complaints is approximately 3-4 weeks. For complaints regarding washbasins/mirrors, the shipping time depends on the logistics department.
The customer received a defective product but would prefer compensation instead of a replacement part. Is this possible?
Yes – instead of sending a new part, we can offer a discount for the customer, in which case we will issue a correction for the agreed amount.
If the damage was caused by the user, is it possible to order individual parts?
Yes, but in such cases, the complaint will be treated as a paid service.
Can individual parts be ordered separately?
